Each day and every second that time ticks

An individual find themselves lost in their own world

Where they think about their life and future goals

Yet social media is where they end up distracting themselves.

Social media wasn't helpful at all
Because there is nothing but chaos and drama

That brings out the toxicity and hatred out of everyone

And spoken words that can be painful. 

Words can mean a lot to many people

Yet it can also hurt them tremendously

For those words can't be taken back

Because its those spoken words that leads to disaster. 

Words can damage someone's mentality
To a point where nothing will help  
For a certain amount of time

Because they cannot free themselves

From the words that hurt them.
