Define true connection, striking bold and new
Time suddenly pauses, the world is still 

As you drift away in your unconscious mind 

Leaving the noise and echoes behind

A nurturing presence wraps the space
Deep in the realm where your thoughts unwind

Restoring the peace that the soul designed

Anchored by love distance cannot erase. 

Slipping back out from the depths of your mind,

Into the present and truth left behind,

Proving a genuine tie can still last, 

Surviving the distance, the quiet, the past. 

With energy rising and power that flows, 

Cementing your pillar where true strength grows,

Making you realize the weight of the connection,

Showing a deep bond defies time and reflection

Finding Your True Circle

If it takes time and effort to build up a bond

Why is it so easy to shatter and drift far beyond? 

With trust being so hard to obtain

I'd rather hold close what can quiet the pain 

I delved through the depths of my soul,

To find those who keep me whole

I’ve kept all the true ones in sight

As they prove to stand strong in light.

And in that quiet space where I finally stand,

Surrounded by the few who extend out a hand, 

Where genuine people have shattered the cold, 

I found my true circle, more precious than gold. 

 

Moving On

There were pillars that kept me steady,

 until time wore the edges thin,

 letting change eat through the metal 

and turn old strength to rust. 

I poured all my remaining energy into keeping the connections whole,
hoping the devotion of a kind heart could reach them—
yet holding on was like catching a shadow's mist.

So I stopped chasing the shadow's mist,
And pulled my energy back to my own mind and fist
I stopped burning my warmth for those who used to stay
And gave my heart to the ones who don't walk away.

We hide our pain in silence

Vulnerable within our own minds.

Echoes fill the room

Focus starts to shift 

While yearning for light to bloom

As hope emerges

To turn each broken page 

And watch new strength rise and surge. 

Breaking through a mental wall

With light clearing the way

You find yourself in tranquility 

As serenity begins to stay

After Night Thoughts

 A part of me seeks reassurance and validation 

Since words can heavily shift your mood

Which can put you at ease temporarily 

Yet you have to find your own peace 

Thinning myself short

Prioritizing others than myself

Realizing that it has become unhealthy

Continuously showed care to everyone 

Eventually taking a toll on my mentality  

Constantly thinking about a way out 

Whether it's taking the initiative to step away from media

Or distracting myself with social interactions or going out 

To heal the void in my mind. 

You are in control of your actions

Therefore live for yourself 

Rely on your strengths 

 To achieve your goals

Balancing Life

Life is like a pendulum scale 

Trying to find an equilibrium of balance

From making crucial life decisions to pleasure

With one tale higher than the other. 

We overwork ourselves

For fulfilment it gives 

Leaving us in a pleasant mood

Yet it can be tiresome. 

Time is ever-flowing

Each decision you make counts

It can be overwhelming 

When you want to do everything 

Even so there is only one of you. 

An equilibrium scale does not exist

For one side would outweigh the other

You must make sacrifices 

From making a living or having fun.
